OUR MISSION
We exist to develop players — as athletes, and as people. 40+ years. 1,000+ athletes. The work works.
Hoops College was built on a simple idea: that the right coaching, the right environment, and the right amount of honest work can change a player's trajectory. Not sometimes. Every time.
Over four decades, that idea has proven itself in 100+ college commits, 1,000+ athletes trained, and players who've gone on to compete at the highest levels — in the US and internationally.
We are not a drop-in gym. We are not a recreational program. We are a development organization that takes the work seriously, and we expect the same from every athlete who walks through the door.
Mission
Using basketball, we educate to develop and expose greatness.
Everyone has greatness inside them. In many instances that greatness is never exposed or maximized. We believe knowledge is power, and that working smart is just as important as working hard.

Participants will discover who they are and learn strategies for growth.
True growth is a journey. It's hard to develop a plan for your journey until you know where you are now and where you're trying to go.

Use technology to make development more convenient, more affordable, and more universal to any learning style.

TEAM ICE
Team ICE is the non-profit arm of Hoops College, operating through Chase Excellence. The mission: give elite-level development opportunities to players who otherwise wouldn't have access.
In 2021 alone, Team ICE placed 7 players and generated 10+ scholarship offers. The work continues through chaseexcellence.org.
