STRENGTH &
CONDITIONING
Generic fitness doesn't make a better basketball player. We build athletes for the specific demands of the game — speed, power, endurance, and durability on the court. Two programs, one standard.
TWO PROGRAMS
Athletes are placed in the right program based on age, level, and athletic foundation. Not sure which one fits? We'll assess and place you.
ALL AGES · 30 minutes · 2–4× / week
Foundation S&C
Movement mechanics, mobility, body-weight strength, and coordination. The base every athlete needs before adding heavy load. Whether you're 8 or 18, this is the right place to start.
- →Movement mechanics
- →Mobility & joint health
- →Body-weight strength
- →Coordination & balance
ADVANCED MS & HS · 60 minutes · 3× / week
Advanced S&C
Barbell lifts, plyometrics, max-effort work, and Vertimax — periodized through off-season, pre-season, in-season, and post-season. For athletes who already have an athletic foundation.
- →Barbell strength
- →Plyometrics & power
- →Max-effort blocks
- →Vertimax integration
