CODE OF CONDUCT

The standard doesn't come down to meet you. You rise to meet it. These are the expectations for every athlete, parent, and staff member in the Hoops College community.

Respect

→Treat coaches, teammates, and facility staff with respect at all times
→Disagreements are handled calmly and directly — never with aggression
→Use of disrespectful language or conduct will not be tolerated

Effort

→Full effort is the expectation — not the exception
→Half-hearted reps waste everyone's time, including your own
→If you're not ready to work, don't come in

Accountability

→Show up when you're scheduled
→Communicate in advance if you can't make a session
→Own your mistakes on the court — don't make excuses

Coachability

→Be open to correction — it's how you get better
→Don't argue with instruction in the middle of training
→Questions are welcome; attitude is not

Violations of this code of conduct may result in removal from training sessions or programs without refund. Hoops College reserves the right to make final decisions on conduct matters. Questions or concerns can be directed to info@hoopscollege.com.
