REFUND & RETURNS
Straightforward policies for training, camps, and merch. If something isn't covered here, reach out and we'll figure it out.
Intro Offers ($10)
Intro offer sessions are non-refundable. They're a low-risk way to try us out — if they're not for you, you're only out $10. If you can't make your scheduled intro session, contact us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule.
Training Packages
- →Unused sessions in a package may be refunded within 14 days of purchase, minus a processing fee.
- →After 14 days, packages are non-refundable but unused sessions can be transferred to another family member with our approval.
- →Sessions expire as stated at purchase — typically within 90 days of the package start date.
- →Medical situations are handled case-by-case with documentation.
Camps & Leagues
- →Full refunds available up to 14 days before the camp or league start date.
- →Within 14 days of start: 50% refund or full credit toward a future program.
- →Once the camp or league has started, payments are non-refundable.
- →If we cancel a camp or league for any reason, you receive a full refund.
Cancellation & No-Shows
- →Cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice are not charged.
- →Late cancellations (under 24 hours) may result in the session being charged.
- →No-shows are charged the full session rate.
- →Genuine emergencies are handled with grace — communicate as soon as you can.
Merchandise
Hoops College merch now lives on The HC Way. Apparel and gear are fulfilled by Printify; returns and refunds are handled directly through them under their policies. Items damaged in transit or printed incorrectly are eligible for replacement.

How to Request a Refund
Email info@hoopscollege.com with your order info, the program or item in question, and the reason for the request. We'll respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are typically processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Special Situations
Injuries, family emergencies, and unexpected circumstances happen. We handle those case-by-case and try to do right by the families who train with us. Reach out and tell us what's going on — we'll work with you.
