Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or participating in any Hoops College program, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you are enrolling a minor, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms on their behalf.
Program Enrollment
Enrollment in any Hoops College program constitutes an agreement to follow program guidelines, schedules, and the code of conduct. Hoops College reserves the right to remove any participant who violates program standards.
Payment & Cancellation
Program fees are due as specified at enrollment. Cancellation and refund policies are communicated at the time of purchase. Intro offer sessions ($10) are non-refundable. For questions about payment or cancellation, contact us directly.
Physical Activity Acknowledgment
Basketball training is a physical activity. Participation involves inherent risk of injury. By enrolling, you acknowledge awareness of this risk and confirm that the participant is physically capable of engaging in basketball training activities. We recommend consulting a physician before beginning any new exercise program.
Media Release
From time to time, Hoops College may photograph or record training sessions for promotional use. For participants under 18, parental consent is required before any minor's name, image, or likeness is used in any public-facing material. Consent may be revoked at any time by contacting us in writing.
