Aram Parunak
President, CEO & Founder
Aram established Hoops College and brings 19 years of college basketball coaching experience across NCAA Division I, Division II, USCAA, and prep school levels.
His accomplishments include coaching All-Americans, winning a National Championship, and developing players for overseas professional careers. He specializes in skill development and player recruitment, with particular expertise in helping international athletes transition to American college basketball.
His vision: a global basketball community built on learning, growth, and the belief that the work works.
Kristin Parunak
Director of Recruiting
Kristin earned 16 NCAA Division I scholarship offers during her high school career and went on to play college basketball for five years across Division I and Division II programs.
She then spent seven years coaching at NJCAA, Division II, and Division III levels, producing multiple All-Conference players and All-Americans.
At Hoops College, Kristin specializes in demystifying the recruiting process for families — helping them navigate and take control of it, while reducing the financial and emotional stress that recruiting can create when families don't have a clear plan.
