The non-profit arm of Hoops College. Operating through Chase Excellence to provide elite-level basketball development to players who otherwise wouldn't have access.
Team ICE was built on the belief that access shouldn't be the thing that limits a player's ceiling. Every player deserves to know what they're truly capable of — with the right coaching and opportunity to find out.
Operating under the Chase Excellence non-profit organization, Team ICE works to identify talented players who need a pathway, and provide them one. In 2021, Team ICE placed 7 players and helped generate 10+ scholarship offers.
