The work starts before you walk in the door. These are the drills every Hoops College player uses as the foundation of their daily training. No equipment required. Just a ball and a hoop.

Ball Handling

  • Two-ball dribbling series
  • Pound dribble isolation
  • Chair drill / cone work
  • Speed dribble with change of direction

Shooting

  • Form shooting progression (close range)
  • Catch-and-shoot off the move
  • Off-the-dribble pull-up series
  • Free throw routine

Footwork

  • Jump stop series
  • 1-2 step finishing
  • Pivot footwork (inside/outside)
  • Drop step & up-and-under

Conditioning

  • Defensive slide series
  • Sprint & backpedal intervals
  • Jump rope protocol
  • Four-corner full-court sprint
